Our team of talented teachers brings a wealth of experience and diverse backgrounds, all united by a shared mission: to make learning both meaningful and fun. Our Story

Wonder Spark Learning began with a simple yet powerful vision: to make education engaging and memorable for every child. Our founder, Jessica, combined her background in marketing, web analytics, and a passion for childhood development to create a learning environment where students can thrive. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Walsh College and certificates in Learning, Knowledge, and Human Development from the University of Illinois and Inquiry-Based Learning from UTAustinX, Jessica’s journey has always been driven by the desire to innovate and inspire.

What started as a solo teaching endeavor has now evolved into a dynamic organization, where a team of expert educators collaborates to deliver top-notch STEM and Mandarin Chinese classes. Our teachers bring years of experience, enthusiasm, and specialized knowledge to every lesson, ensuring that students receive high-quality, interactive, and inquiry-based education.

Our Approach

At Wonder Spark Learning, we believe that learning should be active, hands-on, and full of exploration. Our STEM programs combine science, technology, engineering, and art, sparking curiosity and encouraging children to think like young scientists and engineers. From building projects to creative experiments, we help students develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in an enjoyable and supportive environment.

Our Mandarin Chinese courses are equally engaging, blending language learning with cultural exploration. Using methods inspired by our STEM approach—like inquiry-based activities, digital flashcards, and interactive games—our Mandarin classes build essential communication skills while keeping students motivated and excited to learn.
